On the pages "High Level Meeting (details)", "Accessibility declaration", "Privacy Policy", "All News" and on the page with specific news article, after navigating to the main content using the skip link, the page may scroll to the level of the H3 header, causing the so-called "breadcrumbs" will not be visible. Keyboard navigation users should use the up arrow to scroll the page so that the "breadcrumbs" are visible. This issue occurs only when the page has a lot of content and scrolling is available.
